Prexcl - Pre-Voxel Computer Language

Prexcl is an esoteric proof-of-concept programming language. It's being used to test some concepts for Voxcl.

"Prexcl" is pronounced "prex-cel"; Similarly, "voxcl" is pronounced "voxel".
