We have made significant refactoring of the codebase to optimize readability, make naming more intuitive, and added new features.

There are a large number of API changes, please check the code to understand the migration.

- `DocBuilder::when_group_flat` (equivalent to `nil.flat_alt(self)`) and `DocBuilder::when_group_break` (equivalent to `self.flat_alt(nil)`)
- `DocAllocator::spaces` (create a document of n spaces)
- `DocBuilder::repeat` (repeat self n times)
- `Doc::PartialUnion` variant and `DocBuilder::partial_union` (like `union` but only tries fitting on the first line)
- `Doc::Flatten` variant and `DocBuilder::flatten` (force the document to always render flat)
- `Arena::len` and `Arena::is_empty`

### Changed


- Bump Rust edition to 2021
- Upgrade `unicode-width` to 0.2
- **Breaking:** Rename some variants of `Doc` for clarity
- **Breaking:**  Rename the printing function `Doc::pretty` → `Doc::print` to avoid ambiguity
- Make `Debug` output for `Doc` more compact and fix matching of `SoftLine`

### Removed


- Removed `Affixes`
- Drop `Doc:Annotated` and `termcolor` features (breaking change)
