One generic argument of a Named type, as written.

A lifetime is kept rather than dropped: no destination language acts on it, but Foo<'a> is not Foo, and a model that cannot say which one the source wrote cannot claim to have lost nothing.

Boxed so a lifetime argument — the common one, and a fraction of the size — does not pay for a type it is not. The same trade-off Array’s extent makes.
