The tagger builds on prior work released under the GNU GPL and LGPL:
- The Brill transformation rule set derives from work by Hugo W.L. ter Doest
(Copyright (C) 2015), released under the GNU GPL version 3 or later.
- The tokenizer and tagger design derive from work by Percy Wegmann
(Copyright 2010), released under the GNU LGPL version 3.
- The embedded English lexicon is Eric Brill's lexicon.
Combining GPLv3 and LGPLv3 material places this crate under the GPL version 3
or later.
