Pointlock's Anthropic-backed visual verifier (downgrade-only, evidence-backed).

An optional visual verifier that speaks raw HTTP to the Anthropic Messages API. It may only downgrade a verdict's confidence against content-addressed evidence, never fabricate a pass.
