pointlock-provider-devicerail

Pointlock's DeviceRail execution provider (real device / Android automation).

The first Pointlock execution provider, mapping the Provider SPI onto the DeviceRail client. Not yet published: it depends on devicerail-client, which is not on crates.io — build it from the Pointlock workspace with the DeviceRail repo checked out alongside.
