pointlock-cli

The Pointlock command-line interface: lock, compile, run, resume, inspect, locate, report.

The single static binary (pointlock). Not yet published: it depends on pointlock-provider-devicerail, which in turn needs devicerail-client on crates.io. Build it from the workspace in the meantime.
