MODIFIED WEIGHTS: This distribution replaces the upstream F32 matrices with
symmetric 4-bit, group-of-32 weights and F16 group scales. Original 1-D F32
tensors, tokenizer and configuration are retained. Full upstream and bundled
checksums are in assets/provenance.json. This is an independently prepared
quantization, not an upstream-endorsed model or an accuracy guarantee.
