Request timeout in seconds.

Number of retry attempts on 5xx / connect / timeout.

Base backoff in milliseconds (exponential per attempt).

user_agent: String

User-Agent header for all requests.

default_headers: HashMap<String, String>

Extra headers applied to every request.
