Heatmap

Struct Heatmap

Source
pub struct Heatmap { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A grid of color-mapped cells.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Heatmap

Source

pub fn new(values: &[Vec<f64>]) -> Self

Build from a row-major matrix (values[row][col]). Rows may not be empty and must all be the same width; otherwise the shorter rows are padded with NaN (rendered as the “missing” color). The default normalization is linear over the finite value range.

Source

pub fn colormap(self, colormap: GradientColorMap) -> Self

Set the color map.

Source

pub fn normalization(self, norm: Normalization) -> Self

Set the value→[0,1] normalization.

Source

pub fn annotate(self, annotation: HeatmapAnnotation) -> Self

Annotate each cell with its value.

Source

pub fn cell_border(self, style: ShapeStyle) -> Self

Draw a border around each cell.

Source

pub fn cell_gap(self, gap: i32) -> Self

Shrink each cell by gap pixels on every side (visual gutters).

impl Clone for Heatmap

Source§

fn clone(&self) -> Heatmap

Returns a duplicate of the value. Read more
1.0.0 (const: unstable) · Source§

fn clone_from(&mut self, source: &Self)

Performs copy-assignment from source. Read more
Source§

impl Debug for Heatmap

Source§

fn fmt(&self, f: &mut Formatter<'_>) -> Result

Formats the value using the given formatter. Read more
Source§

impl<DB: DrawingBackend> Drawable<DB> for Heatmap

Source§

fn draw<I: Iterator<Item = BackendCoord>>( &self, points: I, backend: &mut DB, _parent_dim: (u32, u32), ) -> Result<(), DrawingErrorKind<DB::ErrorType>>

Actually draws the element. The key points is already translated into the image coordinate and can be used by DC directly
Source§

impl<'a> PointCollection<'a, (f64, f64)> for &'a Heatmap

Source§

type Point = &'a (f64, f64)

The item in point iterator
Source§

type IntoIter = &'a [(f64, f64)]

The point iterator
Source§

fn point_iter(self) -> &'a [(f64, f64)]

framework to do the coordinate mapping
