PlaydateOs system allocator.

Allocator uses system realloc c-fn, so user have to call init if static-link feature is disabled.

Otherwise if static-link is on, it’s statically linked and it’s nesessary to call init.

Behaves like alloc, but also ensures that the contents are set to zero before being returned.
