php-ast

AST node definitions for PHP 7.4–8.5, with arena (Visitor, ScopeVisitor, Fold) and owned (OwnedVisitor, OwnedScopeVisitor, FoldOwned) traversal traits and a NameResolver.

Use it together with php-rs-parser, which produces these trees.
