pgrdf 0.3.0

Rust-native PostgreSQL extension for RDF, SPARQL, SHACL and OWL reasoning
# Ontology fetch set for pgRDF Phase 2.1+.
#
# These ontologies are work-in-progress in some cases and may contain
# authoring errors. A parse failure from pgrdf.load_turtle on any of
# them is signal — oxttl 0.2.x is strict about RFC 3987 IRIs and the
# Turtle 1.1 grammar, so anything it rejects is genuinely off-spec.
# Run `tests/perf/smoke-ontologies.sh` to see the current pass/fail
# map and per-ontology triple counts.
#
# Known issues from 2026-05-13 fetch:
# - prov.ttl: relative IRIs (`<#>`); pass base_iri to load_turtle.
# - workflow.ttl: REMOVED from this set. `<ckp://Name:v0.1>` IRI
# form has a colon in the path segment (after the host), which
# RFC 3986 §3.3 doesn't permit. The CKP workflow source needs
# to either escape the colon (`%3A`) or switch to a fragment /
# dot-separated form. Re-add this line once the source is fixed.
#
# Locked-state regression (slice #58, 2026-05-14):
# tests/perf/smoke-ontologies.expected.tsv records the per-ontology
# triple counts (filename<TAB>triples) for every ontology in this
# set that parses today. The current snapshot is 24 ontologies
# producing 17,134 triples; workflow.ttl stays held out per ERRATA
# E-007. `tests/perf/smoke-ontologies.sh --check` re-runs the
# smoke against the live fixtures and `diff -u`'s the result
# against the lock-file, exiting non-zero on any drift. That catches
# two regression classes: (a) an ontology that used to parse stops
# parsing, (b) the parser silently drops triples and the count moves.
# The check is NOT yet wired into CI — fixtures/ontologies/* is
# gitignored, so a future Phase 6 slice has to add the fetch step
# before --check can be gated. Updating the lock-file is a
# deliberate maintenance step: when an upstream ontology updates
# and the new count is intentional, regenerate
# smoke-ontologies.expected.tsv from a fresh smoke run and commit
# the delta as a single intentional move. Never `--accept`-style
# automatic.
