An error reported by encode_from_utf8: character has no representation in the requested target encoding.

Fields

character: char

The character that could not be represented in the target encoding.

position: usize

The byte offset of character within the source &str passed to encode_from_utf8 (suitable for indexing/slicing that same &str).
