Oxipage 관리 콘솔 진입점 라이브러리 — admin web UI + API 서버를 띄운다.
호출한다 (doc/04 §4.1 — console는 v2 SSG 모델에서 로컬 관리 도구 진입점).
이 크레이트는 모든 확장을 정적 링크하며, 여기서 확장 레지스트리를 조립한다.
런타임 탑재/제거는 DB extension_state 기반 (doc/02 §2.13). 새 확장 추가 시
all_extensions()에 한 줄 추가하고 Cargo.toml 의존성을 추가.
