## Fixes Applied

### 1. `agent_runtime.rs:249` — too many arguments (9/7)
Added `#[allow(clippy::too_many_arguments)]` above `fn run_agent_loop`. Builder-style function where many args is intentional.

### 2. `agent_runtime.rs:421-422` — collapsible if-let
Collapsed nested `if let Some(msg) = messages.last() { if let oxi_ai::Message::Assistant(a) = msg { ... } }` into a single pattern:

### 3. `orchestrator.rs:54` — too many arguments (8/7)
Added `#[allow(clippy::too_many_arguments)]` above `pub fn new` in `Orchestrator`.

### 4. `program.rs:66-73` — missing documentation for struct fields (×5)
Added doc comments to all 5 fields of `McpServerConfig` (`name`, `command`, `args`, `env`, `enabled`).

### 5. `program.rs:80` — missing documentation for struct
Added `/// Definition of a tool exposed by a program.` doc comment to `ToolDef` struct.

### 6. `program.rs:473` — empty line after doc comment
Removed orphaned doc comment `/// Recursively copy a directory (like \`cp -r\`).` that had an empty line before the next doc comment. The function it presumably documented no longer exists.

### 7. `tools/mcp_tool.rs:71` — unreachable pattern
Removed `_ => format!("{:?}", block)` wildcard arm from the `format_content_block` match. All three `McpContentBlock` variants (`Text`, `Image`, `Resource`) were already explicitly matched, making the wildcard unreachable.
