## Estimation vs Actual

| Metric | Estimated (Vol.5 sparse) | Actual |
|--------|-------------------------|--------|
| SLoC | 58K-92K | 11,021 |
| Files | ~15-20 | 36 |
| Coverage | Full cuSPARSE parity | Core formats + ops |
| Ratio | -- | ~4.3% of estimate |

The estimation targeted exhaustive format/algorithm coverage with multiple SpMV algorithm variants per format. The current implementation provides the functional foundation; P0/P1 items address performance-critical optimizations.
