Configuration models and YAML loading for the [Agent Orchestrator](https://github.com/c9r-io/orchestrator).

Handles parsing and validation of YAML manifests (`apiVersion: orchestrator.dev/v2`) including Workspace, Agent, Workflow, StepTemplate, ExecutionProfile, SecretStore, EnvStore, and Trigger resources.
