Read Apache ORC in Rust.
- Read ORC files
- Read stripes (the conversion from proto metadata to memory regions)
- Decode stripes (the math of decode stripes into e.g. booleans, runs of RLE, etc.)
- Decode ORC data to Arrow Datatypes (Async/Sync)
