Resizes the buffer (contents become undefined if size changed).

Replaces the full buffer contents.

pub fn subfill(&mut self, offset: usize, data: &[u8])

Writes data at a byte offset, growing the buffer if needed.

pub fn fetch(&self) -> Vec<u8>

Reads the entire buffer back to the CPU.

pub fn delete(self)

Deletes the GPU buffer.
