Parser for poker range notation.

Open PQL uses a generic, variable-based syntax — not the classic AKs/AKo shorthand.

Suit variables: w, x, y, z. Same letter = same suit, different letters = different suits.

Combine with commas: AA, KK, AwKw, 77-55.
