# openbim-bcf instructions

Purpose: BCF (BIM Collaboration Format) issue read/write.

Follow `../AGENTS.md`. Read `PLAN.md` only for assigned implementation or
roadmap work; keep progress, blockers, and evidence there.

## Boundary

openbim-core plus openbim-codec-zip/xml. No IFC dependency for the format itself.
