Inside `traced(...)`: injects an auto-captured timestamp field (default: off). A
bare `timestamp` records a `SystemTime`; a settings block opts into the `chrono`
type or the provider exposure.

Forms: `timestamp`, `timestamp = true`, `timestamp = false`,
`timestamp(true)`, `timestamp(false)`,
`timestamp(chrono = ..., provide = ..., enabled = ...)`.
