Enum ModelError

#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum ModelError { Io(Error), UnrecognizedFormat, UnsupportedVersion { found: u16, newest: u16, }, Malformed { reason: &'static str, }, DimensionMismatch { end: &'static str, expected: usize, found: usize, }, EmptyNetwork, InconsistentLayer { layer: usize, reason: &'static str, }, }
Expand description

Something that went wrong while saving or loading a model.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Io(Error)

The file could not be read or written.

§

UnrecognizedFormat

The data is not a model written by this library.

§

UnsupportedVersion

The model was written by a newer version of this library, in a format this version does not know.

Fields

§found: u16

The version stored in the file.

§newest: u16

The newest version this library reads, MODEL_FORMAT_VERSION.

§

Malformed

The data starts like a model but is truncated or corrupted.

Fields

§reason: &'static str

What was wrong.

§

DimensionMismatch

The stored network has a different shape than the type asked for.

Fields

§end: &'static str

Which end of the network mismatched.

§expected: usize

The width required by the requested type.

§found: usize

The width actually found in the file.

§

EmptyNetwork

The file decoded to a network with no layers at all.

§

InconsistentLayer

A stored layer does not fit with itself or with the layer before it, which means the file was corrupted or edited by hand.

Fields

§layer: usize

The layer number, counting the input layer as 0.

§reason: &'static str

What disagreed.
