How many issue references one graphql::ISSUES_BY_REFERENCE request reads.
Each reference asks GitHub for one connection — a page of its board memberships, each with
its Status value read by name rather than through a connection of field values — so fifty
come to fifty requests’ worth of the aggregate GitHub divides by a hundred, which is its
one-point minimum, and the batch a landing’s closures are read in costs one point per fifty
issues per source. tests/point_cost.rs prices the document at one point.
