How much of a run’s GitHub input came from the cache.

Reported as github_cache in route and verify-decision’s JSON and YAML output, and omitted when nothing was reused, so an uncached run serialises as before.

How many items were served from the cache.

§oldest_age_secs: u64

The age in seconds of the oldest of them.
