- Added a new `gitignore` sorting method. Gitignore files are more complex than just a list of
  paths, and ordering in the file matters when it comes to things like lines with `!` prefixes. See
  the documentation for this sorting method for more details. Addresses GH #13.

  Using `--sort path` on a `.gitignore` file can silently change what that file ignores in some
  cases, because it moves negations without regard to the patterns they override. Use
  `--sort gitignore` for these files instead.

- Running `--check` with `--reverse` would incorrectly report a file as unsorted when it had two
  identical lines.
- A file with CRLF line endings could be rewritten to only use `\r` when its 2048th byte was the
  `\r` of a `\r\n`.
- `omegasort` would refuse to sort an empty file or a single-line file with no trailing line ending.
  Now it simply leaves such files as-is, since there's nothing to sort in these cases.
- A BOM at the start of a file is no longer treated as part of its first line. Previously, this
  would be treated as file content and could be sorted onto a different line. Now, the BOM is
  excluded from sorting and left in place.

## 0.1.3 - 2023-11-04

- When sorting a file with repeated lines with a `--locale`, the sorting order was not always
  consistent, and the `--unique` flag could leave duplicates behind.
- As of this release there are no longer binaries built for MIPS on Linux. These targets have been
  demoted to tier 3 support by the Rust compiler.

- Sorting is now done in parallel using [rayon](https://docs.rs/rayon/latest/rayon/). This
  significantly speeds up sorting of large files. In my experiments, a c. 100MB file went from 12s
  to 8s. A c. 1GB file went from 2m40s to 1m40s.
