//! `directory-checkpoint-bootstrap` change); this wrapper never changes. An empty data file means
//! "no compiled checkpoint" - the hardcoded checkpoint provider treats it as absent and the loader
//! falls through to its other sources. It stays empty until the real mainnet checkpoint is minted.
