//! remains here are the runtime helpers that are NOT part of the DDL router:

//!   `ReadConsistency` (used by the pgwire read path in `handler::dispatch`).
//! - [`ddl_apply::apply_mirror_ddl_entry`] applies Raft DDL entries from the
