Variants

OnStartup

On the first RunStep, emit requests through all dependency edges. One-shot: fires once and never again.

OnNoSalvoTriggered

When packets arrive but no input salvo condition triggers, emit requests through dependency edges. Rate-limited by a per-node request token.
