baerwang/openapi-rs is not on crates.io (`publish = false`; the crates.io `openapi-rs` is an
unrelated project). NetGet needs it from crates.io, so this fork publishes commit e410a2db
unchanged as `netget-openapi-rs` (Apache-2.0).
