mzstd

This crate's encoder is a Rust port of the Zstandard reference implementation
from https://github.com/facebook/zstd (v1.5.7).
Portions of this software — the compression level tables, the match finders,
the optimal parser, long distance matching, the block splitters, the FSE and
Huffman encoders and the streaming logic — are derived from that work, which
is dual-licensed under the BSD license reproduced below or GPLv2; mzstd uses
it under the BSD license. The upstream license text is also vendored verbatim
at `zstd-ffi/vendor/zstd/LICENSE`.
The decoder is written from the format specification (RFC 8878 and
`doc/zstd_compression_format.md` in the same repository), with zstd 1.5.7 as
a test oracle; its predefined distributions and code tables come from the
specification.
