This is a package-scoped excerpt of the `NOTICE` maintained at the root of the
[`peeriot/myrmic`](https://github.com/peeriot/myrmic) repository, which
attributes third-party code across the whole project. Only the entries that
apply to files shipped in this crate are reproduced here.
