A BSON Value that is mutable.
Document and Array types may refer to owned/unowned raw BSON types or to a parsed
representation that allows mutation of individual elements. For other variable size types we
either use a Cow or wrap owned + reference types. Fixed size types use the same inline
representation as they do in bson::Bson and bson::RawBson.
