What a store ingest-git did not create still lacks of ingest-git’s own declarations: the rules whose names it does not hold and the FULLTEXT pairs it does not declare. Never the memory defaults.

Writing a repository into a store is an explicit act, and the structure props it writes derive no edge without these rules — the ordinary order is mcp creating the store first, then ingest-git. Filtered by absent name rather than handed whole to apply_schema, which deletes and recreates a live rule whose definition differs.
