Metadata Setup Box (‘setu’).

Carries setup data needed to interpret values for some key_namespaces (e.g. the boxes that would otherwise appear in the sample entry, for the case of multiplexed timed metadata). The contents are namespace-defined, so this crate preserves them as opaque bytes.
