### Scope

- **Purpose**: Navigate all artifacts of each user-facing macro capability in mod_interface.
- **Responsibility**: Catalog of feature doc instances covering the mod_interface! macro and its layered namespace model.
- **In Scope**: Navigational hubs for each feature; cross-references to source, test, doc, and task artifacts.
- **Out of Scope**: Content details of design elements; those belong in api/, invariant/, and pattern/ instances.
