Server-side ProjectionAdapter backed by an OutputStore (in-flight-safe, subtask-4, Run-scoped since GH #23 subtask-3) with a RunStore-backed result_ref fallback (see the module doc for the full narrative). Holds an Engine handle (GH #23 subtask-3) so Self::step_naming_for_run can pull the Blueprint-wide StepNaming table Engine::step_naming_for snapshotted at dispatch time.

ctx_data is used only to fail loud up front (mirrors mlua_swarm::core::projection::FileProjectionAdapter::project’s own not-found check) — the returned ProjectionRef::Query locator carries key itself, not a resolved value; the real lookup happens later, at Self::fetch time, against whatever the addressed Run’s backing is then (which may differ from ctx_data, e.g. after a re-kick, or once a step submits through the Data-plane store).

fn fetch(&self, key: &ProjectionKey) -> Result<Value, ProjectionError>

Pulls the value addressed by key directly, without going through a previously returned ProjectionRef locator.

fn pointer_line(&self, r: &ProjectionRef) -> String

Renders the 1-3 line pointer this adapter’s ProjectionRef contributes to the directive header. Must never embed the projected value itself (inline full-embed is the exact problem projection exists to avoid — see the module doc).
