Produced by Codebase::file_structural_snapshot before Codebase::remove_file_definitions, and consumed by Codebase::structural_unchanged_after_pass1 / Codebase::restore_all_parents to skip an expensive finalize() call when only method bodies (not class hierarchies) changed.
