ManagedMicrovmImageVersion. Three required members and one optional.

Note how much thinner this is than MicrovmImageVersionSummaryWire: a managed base’s version carries no state, no status, no config — just an ARN, a version string, and two timestamps. So there is nothing here to check before pinning one, which is why crate::control::ControlPlane::managed_base_versions hands back the strings and lets the caller choose.

A bare integer for the managed base ("0", "1"), where a custom image’s versions are "1.0". The two spellings are not comparable and code that parses one will not parse the other (docs/PLATFORM.md).
