FAST parser plugin for the WebUI parser.
Tracks component definitions during HTML parsing and generates <f-template>
wrappers at body end. Converts WebUI Framework template syntax (<if>, <for>, {{}})
into FAST-compatible syntax (<f-when>, <f-repeat>, {}).
