Style

Embed CSS content in <style> tags within the shadow DOM template.

Module

Emit a <style type="module" specifier="component"> definition once per page and reference it via shadowrootadoptedstylesheets on each shadow root <template>. Based on the Declarative CSS Module Scripts proposal.
