1. Full incremental complexity from day one.
2. Full reparse forever.
## Rationale
Correctness-first minimizes early defect risk; benchmark-driven optimization avoids premature complexity.
## Consequences
- Early versions may reparse more broadly.
- Optimization milestones are explicitly measurable.
