### Test Modules
Four C modules were compiled with `-O2`:

### 1. Module Load Time

## Methodology Notes
### Timing Precision
- Uses `std::time::Instant::now()` for high-resolution timing
- Warmup runs excluded from results
- Outliers (>3σ) removed from averages

- All benchmarks run 3+ times
- Standard deviation reported where relevant
- Confidence interval: 95%
### Limitations
- WSL2 adds ~5-10% overhead vs native Linux
- Windows DLL loading may be 10-20% slower
