pub fn decode(&mut self, bitstream: &[u8; 6], output: &mut [f32; 540])

Decode one superframe: 6 bytes → 540 samples.

bitstream must be exactly SUPERFRAME_BYTES_600 (6) bytes. Writes SUPERFRAME_SAMPLES (540) samples to output.

Whether at least one superframe has been decoded.
