meerkat-rest - REST API server for Meerkat

Provides HTTP endpoints for running and managing Meerkat agents:

• POST /sessions - Create and run a new agent
• POST /sessions/:id/messages - Continue an existing session
• POST /comms/send - Send a canonical comms command
• GET /comms/peers - List peers visible to a session
• GET /mob/prefabs - List built-in mob prefab templates
• POST /sessions/:id/external-events - Push an external event to a session
• GET /sessions/:id - Get session details
• GET /sessions/:id/events - SSE stream for agent events

Built-in Tools

Built-in tools are configured via the REST config store. When enabled, the REST instance uses its instance-scoped data directory as the project root for task storage and shell working directory.
