Rust crate to extract information from video and photo files, such as:

• Exif data
• Time taken (including timezone if possible)
• GPS location, including location name.
• Weather at time and place of photo capture.
  • Includes sunset and sunrise times.
• Tags such as is_motion_photo, use_panorama_viewer, is_night_sight, and more.
• Basic info such as width, height, duration, mime_type
