# Contributor License Agreement
Thank you for contributing to `mdict-rs`.
By signing this CLA, you agree to the following terms for your contribution:
1. You represent that you have the legal right to submit the contribution,
either on your own behalf or on behalf of the copyright holder.
2. You retain ownership of your contribution.
3. You grant Initsnow a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable,
royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works
of, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, sublicense, and
relicense your contribution as part of `mdict-rs` or other works.
4. The license in clause 3 includes the right to distribute your contribution
under:
- `AGPL-3.0-only`
- other open-source licenses
- commercial or proprietary licenses
5. To the extent you have the right to do so, you also grant a perpetual,
worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free patent license for any
patent claims necessarily infringed by your contribution alone or by the
combination of your contribution with `mdict-rs`.
6. You understand that your contribution may be modified and redistributed as
part of future versions of the project.
7. Unless separately agreed in writing, you provide your contribution on an
"as is" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind.
If you are contributing on behalf of an employer or another legal entity, you
represent that you are authorized to make these commitments for that entity.
