A hybrid rate-control / constant-quality preset.

Quality presets (Lossless / High / Standard) map to -cq (HW) or -crf (SW). Bitrate presets (Master400M / Standard150M) map to -b:v / -maxrate. The Custom variant lets the user type an arbitrary FFmpeg rate-control argument.
