MAXCAP is the proprietary performance-tuning engine and commercial gateway for the Aicent Stack. While the core Eight-Pillar architecture is open and transparent, the extreme optimization required to achieve 183.7µs reflex arcs resides within this secured engine.

This repository serves as the Ghost Stub (v1.2.1-Alpha). It provides the necessary API signatures and trait definitions to allow the Aicent Organism to compile in public environments, while enforcing the Commercial Moat through performance gating.

MAXCAP enforces three distinct execution tiers to protect the organism's metabolic efficiency:

  1. Ghost Mode (Public Default):

    • Latency: >10ms (Artificial metabolic penalty).

  2. Sovereign Tier:

    • Latency: Standard optimized execution.
